Returns & Refunds:
Due to our custom items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Self-Return Instructions(recommended)
We want your experience with KreativeKreationz to be stress-free! If you need to return an item, you can easily start the process through our self-return portal.
How to Start a Return:
- Visit our return portal: https://account.kreativekreationz.com
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason
- Submit your request
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions. Please make sure to return items in their original condition and packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

You have 14 days from the date your return is approved to ship the item back

A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not accept partial returns—the entire order must be returned, including any add-ons such as magnets, care instructions, packaging inserts, or promotional gifts

All returned items must be in unused, original condition
For Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist and work with you on a resolution.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item returned to your original payment method, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, customers can purchase their own shipping label or if needed the shop can provide one to which the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, if provided by Kreative Kreationz, we will always use USPS Ground Advantage, Your refund will be on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not pay for shipping on a returned item, the customer is responsible for shipping and a 4% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a reason for the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email to notify you, as well as the option to send you a shipping label or you can purchase one on your own You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. We must receive the item within 14 days of approving your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not issue refunds on orders that confirmed as shipped. We are not responsible once we have shipped your order
Undeliverable Packages
We offer free shipping on all orders; however, if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address provided at checkout, and the order was shipped to the address exactly as entered, the customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. If you’d like the item reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, buyers remorse, custom orders, digital downloads or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, all contents included with purchase, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations:
Cancellations on any purchases, must be requested, We cannot guarantee cancellation, cancellations will be at the discretion of Kreative Kreationz. Fees may apply. To request a cancellation contact info@kreativekreationz.com.
